We are exploring a combination of community bus stops (at least one on each side of town) and door to door pick up / drop offs depending on location. If space is available, families living outside of the ACS district may be able to utilize the community stops. Expect another transportation survey coming soon as everyone finalizes their plans. 

Yes!  Families that qualify for free or reduced price lunch will receive lunch for free. It will be available for purchase to all other families as well as our staff. A menu will be provided each month for families to use to order lunch. 

Our movement classes will be held in a variety of locations throughout the school depending on what students are learning. We have access to a multi-purpose room for rainy day recess.

This will largely be up to grade level teachers to plan. Feel free to let us know some of your favorite field trip destinations! We will take advantage of our downtown location for walking field trips, and utilize our bus for trips farther afield. 

Each class will have 30-45 minutes of recess daily.
