Hello! I am really excited for all of you and for the children! I attended a past virtual Q and A but have another question…Do you know if all of the lead Teachers will be trained Montessori teachers?
Hi Danielle,
Thanks for your question! We hope that as many as possible will have their Montessori certification, and that in the event that a lead teacher does not that their assistant does. We have a generous continuing education budget for teachers to complete their Montessori training, and it will be a requirement that every teacher will be working towards certification if they do not already have it. With the recent closure of the public Montessori school in our community, we are fortunate to have many teachers and instructional assistants that are already Montessori trained! I hope this helps.
